Two-colour label printing

The thermal transfer printer with two printing systems arranged consecutively meets the latest marking requirements under the GHS standard. It provides for two-colour printing of labels with a width of up to 160 mm, it has a robust metal frame and the label winding diameter goes up to 300 mm.

DuoPrint provides an ideal solution for printing labels as well as textiles and plastic in two colours in a single operation. The user can choose from a wide range of colour combinations. The current DuoPrint application has implemented elements for new classifications and chemical substance labelling.

Two print heads are arranged consecutively. The second print module contains a ribbon economiser that lifts the print head in case there are any empty spots on the label, thus reducing the consumption of the thermal transfer ribbon to minimum.
