Working with lasers requires adherence to all the prescribed safety measures, as well as sufficient user comfort provided by the workstations.

LaserGear BOQX

The Mopa Yb fibre laser device is designed for permanent contactless marking of metal and plastic, at a workstation, for independent use, as well as for integration into production lines. LaserGear BOQX is a laser workstation of safety class I, with a build-in 20W Mopa fibre marking laser.

Zetalase XLT

A workstation compatible with all TYKMA Electrox lasers. Zetalase XLT can create extensive graphics and mark products in minimal time cycle. Programmable Z-axis with automatic setting of the focal distance as standard. Comfortable access thanks to the front vertically and pneumatically controlled door. Designed for marking products of larger dimensions with a mark of up to 610 x 610mm and a focal distance of up to 420mm. Ideal for marking all metals, coated/anodised materials and most plastic.

Zetalase XL

Higher performance and space for maximum flexibility. Zetalase™ XL can do it all! It offers the largest working area in our product range. It is available in several configurations for marking high or large components, as well as large part components. The front vertical and pneumatically controlled door maximise the ergonomics for the operator. The standard programmable Z-axis function allows for quick and easy switching between components. The selection of laser output and various large-area focal lens can solve any application.

Minilase XL

Minilase™ XL offers a larger working area for maximum flexibility. It is equipped with ergonomic functions, such as the three-way pneumatic vertical door, setting the height of the focal distance, and it also has an automatic mode for noisier applications. The safety warning lights allow for marking larger components with the door open. The automatic mode enables automatic door closing sequence, marking and door opening, which maximises the ergonomics for the operator.
